Entering the Inner Sanctuary
Enter this sanctuary time by settling down, becoming quiet, and breathing deeply a few breaths. Remind yourself you are in the Presence of Love. This place you are entering, within, is the inner Temple. Here, you are One with Spirit and all persons, and Nature. You may use a mantra, or prayer phrase, follow the breathing in-and-out, or witness the arising and falling of all around you as the manifestation of universal-Grace. Enjoy these moments of Quiet and come out when you are ready. The following video is provided, for those who would like meditative music to accompany your Quiet contemplation:

Spiritual Teaching
Presence is your greatest gift to another person. I manifest as Presence to you; I manifest through you, when you choose to be fully present to another person. The Sacredness in you honors and blesses the Sacredness in the other.
This is a rare gift, and a healing gift. Many persons never know what it is for someone to be completely present to him or her.
Do not underestimate the value and power of your presence to bless another person. Practice simply-Being-with others. You have been taught to rely too much on words. Persons mostly do not need your advice, but they need you. You are Presence, You are my Presence.
